This holiday season, the Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center and TOHGE Inc. have partnered up to offer the community a free designated driver program themed "Holiday Chauffeur." It will be offered in groups of three people during the Christmas and New Year holidays.

The hours of operation are from 6 p.m. on, Thursday, Dec. 24 through 8 a.m.. Sunday, Dec. 26. Then it will be offered again next week at 6 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 31, through 8 a.m., Jan. 2, 2022.

Riders will be required to wear a mask, sanitize their hands before entering the vehicle, have a normal body temperature, and must have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Depending on the weather, windows may be left open to allow air ventilation.
