Hawaii firm picks up $45M contract for construction of Andersen magazines

An almost $45 million contract for the construction of magazines at Andersen Air Force Base has been awarded to Hensel Phelps Construction Co. out of Honolulu, Hawaii.
The task order contains nine unexercised options which, if exercised, would increase the cumulative task order value to a little over $76 million. Work will be performed in Joint Region Marianas and is expected to be completed by January 2025. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.
