Joshua Valencia, 18, allegedly sexually assaulted child over several years

The abuse started with a game of hide-and-seek back in 2017 when the victim was just 8-years-old.
Now, 18-year-old Joshua Contillo is facing charges of First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and two counts of Second Degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly sexually assaulting the child over a period of several years.
Valencia was arrested after the Guam Police Department received a complaint from the victim's school. According to court documents, Valencia was 13 years old during the first incident and both minors' parents at the time knew but did not report it.
The victim, now 12, alleged that Valencia sexually assaulted her as recently as March 4.
