Nicholas Wayne Moore has at least three cases against him and this week he appeared before Judge Alberto Tolentino for a Further Proceedings hearing in Superior Court. While he's accused in one case of the death of a man back in 2020, this courthouse visit was for a violation in a case where he allegedly had sex with a minor.
A violation report was filed against Moore, 24, for not abiding by the conditions of his electronic monitoring. His reason for the violation -- he had to attend a medical appointment.
Judge Tolentino said if he violates his conditions again his electronic monitoring will be revoked.
Moore is accused of third-degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly engaging in sex with a minor who was less than 16 years old. The alleged incident took place between December 2016 and January 2017.
Moore also is one of two defendants charged with the death of Michael Castro who went missing back in 2020. His third case -- also from 2020 where he's one of two people implicated in a 2020 drive-by shooting in Agana Heights.
His next court hearing will be on July 19 for his criminal sexual conduct case.
