It's an allegation that stretches back to Jan. 3, 2020. According to court documents, Brandon Cal Cruz, now 32, was a defendant in a case and was taken to the Superior Court of Guam for a check. Cruz was found with $1 and a small bag containing suspected meth. He also allegedly asked if he could "flush" the substance down the toilet.

On April 21, 2021, a test was conducted on the substance confirming the substance found on Cruz in 2020 was meth. He's now facing a charge of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance as a third-degree felony.
