The "All In" team of Lou and Josh took the lead from the outset in the Democratic primary and held on to a comfortable margin throughout the night.

"It is very humbling and such an honor to be with our supporters and their great commitment to move forward our agenda and their belief in our leadership and our agenda," Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero said.

Meanwhile, the republican team of Felix and Tony ran uncontested, needing only to meet the minimum required votes to proceed into the General Election.

"People please come out, make a difference," Felix Camacho said. "Don't sit on the sidelines, get involved, register and vote because we're now moving into the general election. So, it's gonna be decisions on who's gonna lead our island in the next four years. It's critically important in this very tumultuous and chaotic time."

And as the focus shifts to the General Election, both sides are reaching out to supporters of Del. Michael San Nicolas and running mate Sabrina Salas Matanane. In a news release Camacho said, "despite the sting of defeat, we know that your heart and vision was to bring good things to our island. And we want to invite you to come and join our Camacho-Ada team. Likewise, democratic party chairman Tony Babauta called on democrats to come together.

"It's always helpful when the leaders of whatever particular campaign indicate to the followers that we're gonna stay unified with the democrats or whatever party," he said. "But you know the reality is, the salt of the earth folks that are our grassroots you know we work together some elections, we work against each other another election. The primary election day itself is really an opportune time for the camps to start talking to each other again."

But San Nicolas is not yet ready to disclose his plans, issuing only this statement, "please give us some time as we reflect on this election in prayer and with our families. We will make a statement on the election and the future afterward. Much love and thanks to all of the voters and our from-the-heart volunteers and supporters who made this journey possible."
