He was allegedly caught in the act of stealing racing wheels off a man's car.

Now, 24-year-old Ramon Jose Villagomez Castro is facing charges of Theft of Property and Criminal Mischief in the alleged act.

According to a magistrate's complaint, a man returned to his Barrigada home and noticed his 1982 Camry appeared leaning. He allegedly saw a stranger, identified as Castro, lowering the car. The man was able to hold Castro down while waiting for police. All four of his car tires were missing and he saw another Camry leaving the area.

Castro, court documents state, told police the man gave him permission to take the wheels worth $1,200, however, the man denied knowing him.
