A man is arrested on allegations that he sexually assaulted a child. 58-year-old Peter Duenas Mendiola is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Court documents state the 10-year-old girl told police Mendiola molested her, as she was watching TV a Yigo home last week.

Mendiola allegedly telling authorities he did sit on the couch with the child, but refused to say anything more.
