Bank of Guam unveils new 'bank of the future' in Tamuning
Billed as the "bank of the future," the Bank of Guam unveiled a whole new look to its Tamuning branch at the ITC building.
Its been shut since the pandemic and reopens with a sleek new design that features more digital technology than ever before.
BOG Chief Operating Officer Maria Leon Guerrero and President and CEO Joaquin Cook held a press conference for local media.
"We have redesigned our commitment to self-service, to convenience and to designing a banking experience that fits into your modern life, and all of this to ensure that banking moves, just as you do," Leon Guerrero said.
"Our goal is to energize and transform your banking experience," Cook said. "This will be a change for many as far as how they bank and what they're used to. But what remains important to our success is the personal connection that our familia has to all of you, all of our customers. That has been in our DNA from day one and will continue to be for years and years to come."
The features include "familia ambassadors" who can assist customers on how to use the digital banking tools including QR code scanning to set appointments and more full-function ATMs and secure Wi-Fi.
