Video games and other electronics shoplifted from the Navy Exchange on Naval Base Guam have a man now facing charges in federal court.

Federal prosecutors filed an information in the District Court of Guam Tuesday charging Exil Salandanan with theft of government property.

Court documents state the defendant allegedly stole Nintendo Switch video games, screen protectors, a switch controller, a speaker, and a couple of Apple iPad folios last December from the Navy Exchange.

Salandanan pleaded not guilty to the charge.

His trial is set for Nov. 3.
