Schneider's shows are not just about entertainment; they also carry a noble cause. The performance are organized as a benefit for the UOG Endowment Foundation, reflecting Schneider's commitment to supporting educational initiatives.
In an exclusive interview with our local hosts, Schneider shared his anticipation for his visit to Guam and the chance to reconnect with his family roots. The veteran comedian, who is of Filipino descent, revealed his excitement about meeting a cousin on the island he hasn't seen in fifty years.
Schneider shares some of his past experiences,
"Last time I saw Victor was with his brother Chucky, really classical Filipino names, Chucky and Victor. I'm sure that's just the nicknames, but that's how I know them. The last time I was with them, we were at a place, and they said, 'Hey Robbie, go up to that man over there, he's this big dude, and call him a babuy.' So I went over there and said babuy, and then he just looked at me like that, and then I came back to the table and asked what babuy means. It means pig; you just called him a pig.”
Schneider will be performing two shows, Friday, November 3rd and Saturday, November 4th at the UOG Calvo Fieldhouse.
