The one year anniversary for the father beaten to death by two drunken men in Dededo is just days away.

Murder defendants and brothers Jerron Walliby and Branty Walliby were back in Superior Court this week.

Both stand accused in the Dec. 11th killing of Arno Narrhun.

One brother is taking the prosecution’s plea deal while the other is still fighting for his freedom.

Defense for Jerron Walliby told Judge Alberto Tolentino they have accepted the plea offer.

Details of the agreement have not yet been made public.

Jerron is scheduled to admit guilt on Dec. 6.

Meantime, co-defendant Branty Walliby is still prepared to fight the allegations at trial.

As we reported, Narrhun died after being brutally beaten along Santa Lourdes street in Dededo last December.

Investigators learned he died from blunt force trauma.
