A riot that unfolded at John F. Kennedy high school this week.
Three people including two students are under arrest in the violent attack.
It involved Simon Sanchez high students who are currently in a double session at the campus.
Two 18-year-old boys, Simon Sanchez high students and a 21-year-old woman are under arrest following a riot at JFK earlier this week.
“The incident at JFK, They were charged as adults because they are adults even though they are still in high school.”
Attshawn Kasuta and Christian Rick Ada are charged with disorderly conduct.
Kasuta, along with Elliorameri Etse are charged with assault. Etse is not a student at the school.
The chaos unfolded following a dispute over a bench.
Kasuta was approached by a student who claimed he was sitting in his seat.
That's when Kasuta allegedly told the student, “So what? We’re going to throw down?”
The argument later forced more students to step in and start a riot.
Court documents state that eventually Kasuta and the other student fell to the ground. Ada allegedly jumped in and joined the violence once he saw other students on the floor.
Sanchez students are currently in a double session at the Upper Tumon campus.
The violence captured on cell phone video circulating on social media.
In the three minute clip, students are seen throwing punches while an adult and another girl try to break them apart.
Another boy captured standing by comes from behind and hits one of the boys in the brawl with a ukulele.
The video also shows multiple fights erupting across the campus as teacher aides try desperately to stop the violence. Students cheered on.
The Guam Department of Education (GDOE) is investigating the incident.
Meantime, all three have been released on bond.
