Defendant Jason Manibusan denied allegations that he was involved in the murder of Army veteran Jason Susuico.

He pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder before Magistrate Judge Benjamin Sison in Superior Court today.

Manibusan waived his speedy trial rights.

He remains held on $1-million cash bail.
