AMBER ALERT: Search underway for missing girl, alleged kidnapper
An Amber Alert has been issued for 2-year-old Lucilyn Aflleje who was apparently kidnapped in Dededo Sunday morning.
The child was last seen Sunday at 10:05 am along Chalan Kareta street located just off Route 3 in Dededo.
She is believed to be in immediate danger, according to Guam Police Department spokesperson Officer Berlyn Savella.
Authorities have identified Eugene Wayne Tudela Huffman as a person of interest.
Police said Huffman was last seen leaving the area in a 2017 White Mitsubishi Lancer with license plate number 955 DP.
He was last seen wearing black basketball shorts and was shirtless.
“His current location is unknown, and it is imperative that the child be located as soon as possible,” said Savella.
Investigators said Huffman got into a fight with the child’s mother before he fled with the girl.
“There is no relationship between Lucialyn and Eugene,” she said.
Lucialyn is described as being 3 feet tall, curly hair, dark complexion, brown eyes wearing turquoise sheer tank top with white shirt underneath, pampers, turquoise rubber shoes (Crocs) with pink strap, painted finger and toenails color purple.
The Guam Police Department has activated the Domestic Assault Response Team and Personnel from the Special Operations Division.
An All points Bulletin has been executed to all precincts and Law Enforcement Entities.
