Two men charged separately for drug possession

A stabbing complaint and an auto fire have landed separate drug possession charges for two men.
Thirty-one-year-old Blaze John Cruz is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and aggravated assault as third-degree felonies
Court documents state that at a traffic stop, authorities observed Cruz and another passenger allegedly jumping out of a vehicle and fleeing.
After officers located Cruz, a search was conducted and it was alleged a glass pipe with frosty residue was found.
Cruz admitted to owning the pipe and that he buys “ice.”
Additionally, Cruz also admitted his involvement in a stabbing complaint in Mangilao back in October 2023.
In a separate complaint, Jordan Glenn Munoz Parages, 30, is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance as a third-degree felony. The magistrate complaint added a notice of commission of a felony while on felony release.
Court documents state officers responded to a Toyota Avalon on fire near Sakura Noodle House in Tamuning.
When officers arrived at the scene of the fire, it was noted that Parages was nervous and kept looking at a Toyota Corolla, the other vehicle present.
After authorities asked if any weapons or items of concern were inside, Parages allegedly told officers, “I’m on probation. I don’t think there’s anything inside but go ahead and search it.”
It was then, officers allegedly found a resealable plastic baggie containing a white substance, a camo sling bag with two pipes, more baggies, and a straw.
A field test was conducted and a positive result for methamphetamine was found.
