Judge to decide if defendant who threatened to blow up bases fit for trial

Is a man who allegedly threatened to blow up Guam's military bases fit to stand trial?
Defendant Paul Sanchez appeared before Presiding Judge Alberto Lamorena in Superior Court today.
It was said in court that parties will review Sanchez's latest psychological evaluation.
The judge will now decide if the case will go to trial.
As reported, Sanchez was charged with terrorizing and assault after he allegedly threatened to kill everyone on Guam's military bases back in October 2022.
Sanchez is scheduled to appear back in court on March 26.
