Man arrested in Dededo stabbing

A convicted drug dealer is arrested in connection to a stabbing reported at the park across from a local elementary school in Dededo Sunday night.
Forty-two-year-old Joseph Pugh Jr. is charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault to include special allegation of possession or use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.
Court documents state Pugh approached the teenage victims allegedly hitting one in the back of the head with a sharp object.
The teen was taken to the hospital for treatment.
A witness allegedly told police he saw the suspect holding a rebar and a possible knife or broken glass bottle.
Pugh also had to be treated for injuries sustained after a struggle during the alleged attack.
