A man is under arrest accused in multiple burglaries reported at a Guam Department of Education school in Dededo.

Freddy Cuevas Susuico, 47, is charged with three counts of complicity to commit burglary and three counts of theft by receiving.

Court documents note Susuico also has an active theft and drug possession case filed against him in local court in 2022.

Investigators connected him to three burglaries reported at Finegayan Elementary School between June 24 and July 7.

School officials told police the burglaries resulted in nearly $10,000 in damages, along with nearly that same amount in stolen items that include laptops and other electronics.

Prosecutors allege Susuico is one of three suspects in the investigation.

His alleged co-actors have not yet been charged.

Susuico is scheduled to appear before a magistrate judge in the Superior Court of Guam on Monday.
