Come, let’s have some appetizers! The Micronesian Chefs Association’s annual Maila’ Ta Fan Chesa is making a comeback for the first time in five years at the Hyatt Regency Guam Grand Ballroom on August 28th 6pm to 9pm. There will be wine, beer, cheese and an amazing lineup of chefs, each making their own culinary creations using locally grown produce.
Tickets are $75 and can be purchased at Meskla, IDI, Tools of The Trade or through any MCA members. Proceeds will go to the benefit of Guam’s future chefs.
