Forty-one days until the November 5th General Election.

We've got the latest on the election to include details for early voting.

KUAM also spoke with Guam Election Commission Executive Director Maria Pangelinan to get the word out to absentee voters.

Here’s what she had to say.

“Get out our website www.gec.guam.gov. There's an absentee voting tab, fill out the application form with the address you want us to send your ballot to and email it back to us the completed form with your ID. We should reply to you within 24 hours and send you the ballot. Absentee ballots have to mailed back to us. It cannot come back to us electronically. We can send it to them electronically,” said Pangelinan.

“The biggest requirement is you are not registered anywhere else. You were a resident or continue to be a resident of Guam and you are going to return,” she added.

You can watch more of our interview with the GEC Executive Director tomorrow on the latest episode of the Hub following Primetime.
