Three arrested in undercover drug bust
Three people are under arrest in connection to a local and federal drug investigation.
Jesse Andrew Leon Guerrero, 52, is charged with three counts of possession of a schedule Ii controlled substance for delivery, dispensing or manufacturing and possession of a firearm without a valid identification.
Mikaylynn Marie Afaisen, 31, and Dawn Heather Espinoza, 38, are each charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Afaisen is also chargd with possession of a schedule II controlled substance for delivery, dispensing or manufacturing.
Guam police and the DEA launched the investigation on July 31.
Court documents state an informant told investigators they bought meth from Leon Guerrero approximately 100 times in the past prior to agreeing to go undercover for authorities.
The informant participated in a controlled buy on July 31 and on Sept. 6 getting more than 10 grams of meth.
Authorities raided Leon Guerrero’s residence where they found drugs and firearms, documents state.
Afaisen and Espinoza were located inside the residence where investigators also found digital scales, glass pipes, meth, pills, and syringes.
