Caught in the middle of things, one man connected to a separate investigation allegedly had multiple drug-related items out in the open.
Brandon Michael Lueth Taisacan, 37, is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled as a third-degree felony.
On Oct. 7, Guam police officers were following up on a separate investigation, which Taisacan is a person of interest.
Police met with Taisacan’s father, who said he was in the shower.
Taisacan then asked police to grab him a towel so he could come out and meet with them.
In the bathroom, police saw two glass pipes, two plastic straws, and two baggies on a shelf.
On Taisacan’s bed there was a digital scale, another glass pipe, and a baggie.
All items tested had positive results for meth.
