Caught in the middle of things, one man connected to a separate investigation allegedly had multiple drug-related items out in the open.

Brandon Michael Lueth Taisacan, 37, is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled as a third-degree felony.

On Oct. 7, Guam police officers were following up on a separate investigation, which Taisacan is a person of interest.

Police met with Taisacan’s father, who said he was in the shower.

Taisacan then asked police to grab him a towel so he could come out and meet with them.

In the bathroom, police saw two glass pipes, two plastic straws, and two baggies on a shelf.

On Taisacan’s bed there was a digital scale, another glass pipe, and a baggie.

All items tested had positive results for meth.
