Guam Brewery wins Gold in Asia Beer Championship

The Guam Brewery’s very own ‘Hu Gose Hao’ Pineapple Sour beer has achieved high honors at a prestigious 2024 Asia Beer Championship competition.

The brewery received a gold medal in the Gose Beer category. 

The competition was held in Singapore and hosted the best of the best, including over 500 beer submissions from over 100 breweries across Asia, Oceania, and the Pacific Island.

The Guam Brewery said that their humble roots and limited resources made this victory all the more remarkable. 

“'Hu Guaiya Hao' means "I love you" in the Chamorro language. We poured our hearts into 'Hu Gose Hao,' and are proud to bring this award back home to Guam,” they said.
