Superintendent Swanson to deliver State of Education address Tuesday afternoon

A delayed start to the school year, campuses getting low scores from health inspectors and student enrollment dropping.

It's the reality faced by the Guam department of Education, the Government of Guam's largest agency.

Superintendent Dr. Kenneth Swanson is set to deliver the State of Education to the public on Tuesday afternoon.

His address will be held at the GDOE office in Tiyan at 3 p.m.
