A woman stopped for having expired registration tags is caught with drugs.
Fifty-one-year-old Renee Kamminga Sablan, also known as Renee Michelle Kamminga, is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance as a third-degree felony.
According to court documents, Guam police pulled over Sablan after noticing the expired tags.
Officers noticed she appeared to be nervous before she allegedly admitted to having a pipe in her purse, adding that she had smoked meth.
During a search, authorities found a second pipe, straws and baggies with meth.
