Man allegedly attacks woman, sets shirt on fire

A man is under arrest accused of attacking a woman known to him before threatening to set her belongings on fire.

Forty-two-year-old Eddie Topasna Santos is charged with arson and family violence.

Court documents state Santos allegedly pushed the woman.

He allegedly threatened to burn her items when he set his shirt on fire while inside a car.

Topasna fled and left the burning t-shirt left behind after a witness stepped in and told him to stop.
