Man wanted in Guam police investigation considered armed and dangerous

The Guam Police Department has issued a wanted notice for 44-year-old James Derek Wolford in connection with an ongoing reckless conduct investigation.

The incident occurred on Oct. 7, 2024, at around 10 p.m. at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Tumon.

Wolford, is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds, was last seen wearing a black plaid shirt, black pants, and a red hat.

He is known to frequent the Tumon area and is reported to be armed with a black pistol.

Authorities advise that he may be attempting to evade law enforcement.
