Dusit Guam properties celebrate prestigious wins at Dusit Leadership Conference 2024 in Bangkok

Dusit Thani Guam Resort and Dusit Beach Resort Guam shone at this year’s annual Dusit Leadership Conference, taking home a remarkable 11 awards.

The event gathered leaders from Dusit properties worldwide to honor excellence in leadership, business performance, and guest experience.

This year marks the fourth consecutive win for Dusit Guam properties with the people experience award, recognizing their dedication to maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for guests.

Additional honors included Marina Guerrero, Cluster Director of Human Resources, who was named best HR professional leader 2024, and Joan Egurrola, Director of Events, who received the Outstanding Business Contribution award.

Dusit Guam also received multiple awards across sales, marketing, food & beverage, and wellness categories, showcasing their consistent commitment to excellence in hospitality.
