Defense seeks plea deal for accused gang member

The man who police alleged was trying to start a violent gang on Guam could be getting a plea deal.

Defendant Mesemwan Repwak appeared in the Superior Court today to find out what is next with the three criminal cases filed against him. 

His defense attorney asked prosecutors for a global plea offer so that the case can be resolved soon. 

Repwak is facing a slew of charges to include attempted murder in connection to a Maite shooting that sent a teenage girl to the hospital.
