Complaint: Man high on meth arrested for indecent exposure

A mother and her two children were startled after a man walks into their apartment unit undressed and starts fondling himself.  

Police arrested 42-year-old PM Affory on charges of burglary and indecent exposure.

The victim allegedly told police Affory walked into their unit with only a towel around his neck when he began touching himself inappropriately and called for the victim to follow him.

He fled after the victim screamed.

Affory allegedly admitting to police he had smoked meth and could not remember going to the apartment.
