A Tropical Storm Watch is now in effect for Guam, Rota, Tinian and Saipan, as Tropical Storm Man-yi approaches the Marianas.
A tropical storm watch means that tropical storm conditions including winds of 39 mph or greater are possible as early as Tuesday night or Wednesday.
