Two crash investigations underway

Two traffic investigations continue from over the weekend. 

The first is a deadly crash that claimed the life of a 25-year-old man. 

It happened Sunday morning along Route 16 in Barrigada Heights. 

The driver ran off the road. 

Investigators are looking into the cause. 

Separately, a woman is fighting for her life after being hit by a car. 

It happened late Friday along Route 8 in Barrigada. 

Authorities say the driver remained at the scene.

The woman is in critical condition.
