Here's how to make Darby's butterboards at home!

Cinnamon Honey Butter Board 

Ingredients:

 16 ounce package of salted Anchor Butter (softened to room temperature)

¼ cup honey

¼ teaspoon Cinnamon

(A little more for presentation)

Using a mixer, mix on low until light and whipped. Add in your favorite local honey and cinnamon. Once nice and fluffy… spread nicely across one half of your board. Add more cinnamon and honey for your presentation.

Festive Holiday Butter Board

16 ounce package of unsalted anchor butter

Jar of Fruit Jam (we used fig)

½ cup chopped pecans

½ cup dried cranberries

2 teaspoons dried or chopped fresh rosemary

Zest of 1 orange (optional)

Mix your softened butter with a mixer until whipped. Spread butter across the other half of your board  add dollops of fruit jam

Sprinkle the  pecans, dried cranberries, and rosemary on top of the spread

Add  the zest of one orange (optional)

Serve with your favorite bread! A perfect way to Anchor your Thanksgiving with a holiday side or appetizer.
