A man is under arrest after he allegedly stole a Mazda CX-5 from an apartment.
Twenty-eight-year-old Terrence Greg Santos Pablo is charged with theft of a motor vehicle as a second-degree felony with a notice of commission of a felony while on felony release.
According to the magistrate’s complaint, Guam police received a report of a missing car back in October.
Sometime in November, someone reported to authorities that they had recently bought a Mazda CX-5 but were suspicious of the origins.
The one who reported the incident also noted that Pablo had been messaging her to return to the car as it belonged to his uncle.
Guam police met with Pablo after he messaged the buyer he was parked near her house.
He was stopped after he allegedly attempted to flee.
