A man fleeing the scene of an alleged break-in turns himself in.
Twenty-nine-year-old Allen Jesse Chaco Charfauros, also known as Allen JC Charfauros, is charged with burglary as a second-degree felony.
Court documents state Guam police met with the victim after they had chased an unknown man out of their house.
After the car had been tracked, Charfauros went into the precinct and allegedly told police he was unemployed with a newborn baby.
Charfauros remembered seeing “a lot of nice things,” and allegedly admitted, “he would take from people who had a lot.”
However, when he allegedly broke into the home and saw the homeowner, he got scared and ran away.
