Driver escapes burning truck in Mangilao

A driver is safe after escaping their pickup truck that caught fire Thursday afternoon.

It happened at 2:46 pm along route 10 near at the intersection next to the Santa Teresita Catholic Church in Mangilao.

Units with the Guam Fire Department responded and firefighters were able to put out the flames.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
