Micronesia Mall evacuated due to bomb threat

Staff and customers have been evacuated from the Micronesia Mall following a reported bomb threat made toward the Dededo facility.

It was called around 2:54 p.m. when the Offices of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense received the call.

The Guam Police Department and Guam Fire Department are on scene.

Officials confirm all measures are being taken to ensure the safety of the area, the public and all responders involved.

GHS/OCD, in coordination with the GPD and GFD, will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed.
