The all clear has been given after a bomb threat forced the Micronesia Mall to cease operations for nearly three hours Friday afternoon.

Authorities searched the Dededo facility after the call of the threat around 3 pm.

The all clear was given at 5:40 pm.

“No credible threat was found upon assessment,” Guam Homeland Security spokesperson Stephen Cahill stated in a news release. “All measures were taken to ensure the safety of the public and all responders involved.”

No word if authorities have tracked down a suspect linked to the incident.

The threat forced all customers and staff to evacuate the building until Guam police, Guam fire and other first responders searched the building.

The mall has returned to normal operations.
