Man seriously hurt after being hit by car in Dededo

A man suffered serious injuries after being hit by a car in Dededo early Sunday morning.

It happened around 2 am along Route 1 Marine Corps Drive near the farmers market in Dededo.

The pedestrian is only described as being in his late 30's.

Medics with the Guam Fire Department rushed him to the Guam Regional Medical City.

His condition is unknown at this time.

Guam police have not released any information about the driver involved in the crash.
