Airline passengers transited through Honolulu can expect an easier time.
Guam Delegate James Moylan got word from the Transportation Security Administration regarding the apparent inconveniences passengers face as they travel from Guam and transit through the Aloha state.
The issue is particularly over the baggage drop off areas.
Moylan noted this creates great inconveniences for passengers and even more for manamko, those with disabilities, families traveling with young children, and individuals with short layovers.
TSA Administrator David Pekoske shared that a new alternative operating procedure has been established, designating a bag drop location within the airport's sterile area.
This area would be close to the baggage carousel making it easier for passengers.
