A murder suspect is captured after being on the run from authorities for nearly three weeks.

Twenty-four-year-old Toshie Salvadore is back in prison now facing murder charges.

Police also arrested him on suspicion of illegal drugs and weapons possession, along with arson and destroying evidence.

Investigators said on Nov. 4, the driver of a silver Dodge Avenger dropped off an unconscious man to GRMC before taking off.

The suspect was wearing a mask.

The victim, identified by police as 25-year-old Micheal Fel, died that morning.

An autopsy showed he suffered a gunshot wound to the chest.

His death was ruled a homicide.

Officers also learned of a car fire in Dededo that same day.

It was apparently the car Salvadore allegedly set on fire, trying to get rid of the evidence.

Detectives learned the pair got into an argument before Salvadore allegedly pulled the trigger, shooting Fel.

You may recall, Salvadore was arrested in 2022 accused of getting rid of a gun authorities said was used in a double homicide.
