AutoSpot crash defendant to appear in court, victims file civil lawsuit

The man accused of drunk driving and plowing into Guam AutoSpot back in August will be back before a superior court judge Monday.
Defendant Bintenson Simina facing charges of vehicular negligence and drunk driving.
He was employed with Triple J and was using a company car without permission when the crash occurred.
It led to extensive damage at AutoSpot and couple Michael and Jomayne Guzman getting seriously hurt.
The Guzman’s are suing Simina, Triple J, and Guam AutoSpot in a separate civil lawsuit.
The couple seeking damages arguing negligence against all parties involved.
