Man charged in shooting death of stepbrother held on $50,000 bail

Murder defendant Toshie Salvadore was drinking beer and had smoked meth with the alleged victim prior to his gun going off. 

Salvadore is charged with murder and arson in connection to the deadly shooting of his stepbrother, Mike Fel.

He’s being held on a $50,000 cash bail.

Prosecutors learning Salvadore was showing off a gun before it went off.

The bullet hit Fel in the chest.

His death was ruled a homicide.

Police say Salvadore allegedly set the getaway car on fire after leaving Fel at the hospital, where he later died.

Salvadore had multiple warrants out for his arrest prior to the shooting.
