Trio arrested in local and federal drug dealing investigation in Dededo
Three people are arrested in connection to a local and federal drug dealing investigation that first unfolded in early September.
Forty-six-year-old Edward Leon Guerrero is charged with criminal facilitation of possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver or dispense.
Leon Guerrero along with co-defendants Laelani Gebhart and Eugene Fernandez are charged with illegal drug possession.
Court documents state Guam police and federal task force officers have been investigating a container home in Dededo.
Witnesses identified Leon Guerrero to police as “the boss,” adding he would invite people over to sell meth.
During a search, authorities found scales, pipes, straws, and meth.
The trio were arrested following a traffic stop early Thursday morning.
