A fender bender leads to one man being placed under arrest after firing a gun and attacking his alleged victim in Tumon.

Twenty-seven-year-old Teiye Sigrah is charged with assault and reckless conduct.

Court documents state Guam police were called to a shooting early Tuesday morning at Matapang Beach.

It’s there officers learned the victim was reversing when they hit Sigrah’s car.

That’s when Sigrah allegedly fired a single gunshot into an open field before attacking the victim.

Sigrah allegedly admitted to police he only fired his weapon after hearing gunshots, adding he attacked the victim for backing into his car.
