Child alleges she was molested while she slept

A man is under arrest accused of molesting a teenage girl known to him.

Forty-three-year-old Diocese Sakate is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Court documents state the child was sleeping in her bedroom when the alleged abuse occurred.

The child reported it to an adult relative and to officials at her school.
