Pair allegedly stole bush cutter from garage
It was an early morning for one Agat resident after he allegedly found two men stealing a bush cutter from his garage.
Gregory Fejeran Pajarillo, 40, is charged with burglary as a second-degree felony and theft of property as a third-degree felony. Both charges were listed with a special allegation of felony committed on release.
Enricky Joal Duenas, 41, also known as “Rick,” is charged with burglary as a second-degree felony and theft of property as a third-degree felony.
Court documents state Guam police met with an Agat resident after being informed of an unknown car parked outside their house.
Catching them in the nick of time, the victim was able to see a man running towards a Mitsubishi Lancer with a bush cutter.
Later that morning, a traffic stop was conducted on a car that matched the description. Duenas and Pajarillo were the only occupants of the car.
Allegedly found with the bush cutter, Duenas admitted to police they stole it out of anger.
