Woman charged in deadly armed robbery granted request to get a job
A woman charged in connection to the deadly armed robbery outside the Thai Thai Restaurant in Tamuning was granted her request to find work.
Defendant Jenna Rose Manibusan appeared before Magistrate Judge Jonathan Quan in Superior Court today.
Prosecutors opposed the request due to the serious charges she’s facing to include conspiracy to commit aggravated murder.
The court ordered that her third-party custodian take her to find work, adding she would need to continue wearing her electronic monitoring.
Manibusan and co-defendant Domingo Mendiola are charged in connection to the killing of 53-year-old Sumittra Lairopi.
Investigators said the deadly armed robbery was drug-related.
