Last night up in Dededo, the senior class of 2025 for Simon Sanchez High School held a very special event in collaboration with the Department of Parks & Recreation, helping bring the Christmas spirit to residents of all ages in need during the holidays.

The "Sharks Making Wishes Come True" holiday extravaganza was held at the old mayor's office, right at the opening of Santa Barbara Loop. The event featured music, a special dinner, Christmas gifts and over 2,500 toys donated by the Sanchez Legacy Club and student body, along with good vibes.

Principal Carla Masnayon announced to the delighted crowd, "It's very important to be kind to one another, to be generous, and to care for one another. So always remember that the Sharks are here and that we will always remain connected to each other and to Dededo and Yigo."

And to add to the holiday flare, the seniors took advantage of the loop itself, using it as the route for a special parade featuring Santa's sleigh and Chaise the Canine from the Department of Parks & Rec, thrilling the little ones.

Great job, Sharks!
